Returns & Refunds Policy

At WellunaFlow, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If something doesn’t work out, we aim to make returns as smooth and transparent as possible.


General Return Policy

Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping is free — a prepaid return label will be provided to you for eligible items.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the item is inspected by the supplier.

Exchanges are not currently offered. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


HEALiX Infrared Products

Devices (Infrared Sauna Blankets, Glow Light Pod, Revive PEMF and Revive PEMF Mini): Returnable within 45 days of delivery.

Accessories (Carrier Bags and Sauna Blanket Inserts):

  • Returnable within 15 days of delivery and only if unopened.
  • No restocking fees apply to HEALiX products.
  • Return shipping is free.

 

DefenderShield Products

All DefenderShield products are returnable within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and in like-new condition with original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to the following DefenderShield items:

  • EMF Protection Clothing
  • EMF Protection Blankets
  • EMF Protection Headphones

All other items are returnable without a restocking fee.
Return shipping is free for all eligible DefenderShield returns.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@wellunaflow.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

A prepaid return label and instructions on how to complete the return will be sent to you once your information is received.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved by the supplier, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund total.
